Welcome to MarathiVivah, a Marathi matrimony platform operated via https://www.marathivivah.co.in. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile application, and related matchmaking services (the “Service”).
MarathiVivah मध्ये आपले स्वागत आहे, हे एक मराठी वैवाहिक प्लॅटफॉर्म आहे जे https://www.marathivivah.co.in द्वारे चालवले जाते. या नियम आणि अटी (“अटी”) आमच्या वेबसाइट, मोबाइल अॅप्लिकेशन आणि संबंधित वधू-वर जुळवणी सेवांच्या (“सेवा”) वापरावर नियंत्रण ठेवतात.
By registering, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. Eligibility
- Female users must be at least 18 years of age; male users must be at least 21 years of age, in line with the legal marriageable age under Indian law.
- You must be legally eligible to marry under Indian law.
- You confirm that all information provided is true and accurate.
- Accounts found to violate this eligibility requirement will be suspended or removed without notice.

- महिला वापरकर्त्यांचे वय किमान १८ वर्षे आणि पुरुष वापरकर्त्यांचे वय किमान २१ वर्षे असणे आवश्यक आहे, भारतीय कायद्यानुसार कायदेशीर विवाह वयाशी सुसंगत.
- तुम्ही भारतीय कायद्यानुसार विवाहासाठी कायदेशीररित्या पात्र असणे आवश्यक आहे.

2. Account Registration
- Account creation is required to access core features.
- You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality.
- False, misleading, or impersonated accounts may be terminated.
२. खाते नोंदणी
- मुख्य वैशिष्ट्ये वापरण्यासाठी खाते तयार करणे आवश्यक आहे.
- तुमच्या खात्याची गोपनीयता राखण्याची जबाबदारी तुमची आहे.

3. User Content & Profile Responsibility
- You are solely responsible for content you upload.
- No fake, abusive, obscene, misleading, or illegal content.
- We reserve the right to review and remove violating content.
३. वापरकर्ता मजकूर आणि प्रोफाइल जबाबदारी
- तुम्ही अपलोड केलेल्या मजकुरासाठी तुम्हीच पूर्णपणे जबाबदार आहात.
- खोटा, अपमानास्पद, अश्लील, दिशाभूल करणारा किंवा बेकायदेशीर मजकूर परवानगी नाही.

4. Acceptable Use Policy
- Use only for lawful matrimonial purposes.
- No bots, scraping, automation, or data harvesting.
- No harassment, threats, hate speech, or spam.
- No impersonation or duplicate accounts.
४. स्वीकार्य वापर धोरण
- फक्त कायदेशीर वैवाहिक उद्देशांसाठी वापर करा.
- बॉट्स, स्क्रॅपिंग, ऑटोमेशन किंवा डेटा हार्वेस्टिंग परवानगी नाही.
- छळ, धमक्या, द्वेषपूर्ण भाषण किंवा स्पॅम परवानगी नाही.
- तोतयागिरी किंवा डुप्लिकेट खाती परवानगी नाहीत.
5. Matchmaking Disclaimer
- No guarantee of match success or marriage.
- Matches are based on user-submitted data and algorithms.
- Users must independently verify identity and background.
५. वधू-वर जुळवणी अस्वीकरण
- जुळणी यशस्वी होण्याची किंवा विवाह होण्याची हमी नाही.
- जुळणी वापरकर्त्याने दिलेल्या माहितीवर आणि अल्गोरिदमवर आधारित असते.
- वापरकर्त्यांनी स्वतंत्रपणे ओळख आणि पार्श्वभूमी पडताळणी करणे आवश्यक आहे.
6. Service Fees
- MarathiVivah currently offers all core services — registration, profile creation, browsing profiles, and expressing interest — free of charge. We do not currently charge for any core matrimonial service.
- If paid or premium features are introduced in the future, their pricing, billing cycle, renewal, and refund terms will be clearly disclosed at the time of purchase and will supplement these Terms.
- We do not authorize any third party — including individuals claiming to represent MarathiVivah, brokers, or intermediaries — to collect payment, UPI transfers, bank transfers, gift cards, or wallet payments on our behalf under any circumstance. Since the Service is free, any such request is fraudulent regardless of who makes it.
६. सेवा शुल्क
- MarathiVivah सध्या सर्व मुख्य सेवा — नोंदणी, प्रोफाइल तयार करणे, प्रोफाइल पाहणे आणि रुची व्यक्त करणे — मोफत देते. आम्ही सध्या कोणत्याही मुख्य वैवाहिक सेवेसाठी शुल्क आकारत नाही.
- भविष्यात सशुल्क किंवा प्रीमियम वैशिष्ट्ये सुरू केल्यास, त्यांचे किंमत, बिलिंग सायकल, नूतनीकरण आणि परतावा अटी खरेदीच्या वेळी स्पष्टपणे नमूद केल्या जातील आणि या अटींना पूरक असतील.
- MarathiVivah चे प्रतिनिधित्व करत असल्याचा दावा करणारी व्यक्ती, दलाल किंवा मध्यस्थ यांच्यासह कोणत्याही तृतीय पक्षाला आमच्या वतीने पैसे, UPI ट्रान्सफर, बँक ट्रान्सफर, गिफ्ट कार्ड किंवा वॉलेट पेमेंट गोळा करण्याची आम्ही परवानगी देत नाही. सेवा मोफत असल्याने, अशी कोणतीही मागणी कोणीही केली तरी ती फसवणूक आहे.
7. Fraud Prevention & Reporting
- Fraud, impersonation, and money solicitation are prohibited.
- Users may report suspicious profiles via in-app tools.
- Accounts may be suspended or terminated without notice.
- Report suspected fraud or impersonation to support@marathivivah.co.in immediately.
७. फसवणूक प्रतिबंध आणि तक्रार
- फसवणूक, तोतयागिरी आणि पैशांची मागणी करणे प्रतिबंधित आहे.
- वापरकर्ते इन-अॅप साधनांद्वारे संशयास्पद प्रोफाइलची तक्रार करू शकतात.
- खाती पूर्वसूचनेशिवाय निलंबित किंवा बंद केली जाऊ शकतात.
- संशयित फसवणूक किंवा तोतयागिरीची तक्रार त्वरित support@marathivivah.co.in वर करा.
8. Dowry & Illegal Activities
- Dowry demands are illegal under Indian law.
- Child marriage, trafficking, coercion are strictly prohibited.
- Violations may be reported to law enforcement.
८. हुंडा आणि बेकायदेशीर कृत्ये
- भारतीय कायद्यानुसार हुंड्याची मागणी बेकायदेशीर आहे.
- बालविवाह, मानवी तस्करी, जबरदस्ती कठोरपणे प्रतिबंधित आहे.
- उल्लंघनाची तक्रार कायद्याची अंमलबजावणी करणाऱ्या यंत्रणांकडे केली जाऊ शकते.
9. Community & Cultural Preferences
- Caste, religion, and community preferences are for matrimonial compatibility only.
- No discrimination, hate speech, or harassment allowed.
९. समाज आणि सांस्कृतिक प्राधान्ये
- जात, धर्म आणि समाज प्राधान्ये केवळ वैवाहिक सुसंगततेसाठी आहेत.
- भेदभाव, द्वेषपूर्ण भाषण किंवा छळाला परवानगी नाही.
10. Privacy & Data Protection
User data is handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable Indian data protection laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). Certain information may be visible according to profile visibility settings and mutual-interest status between users.
१०. गोपनीयता आणि डेटा संरक्षण
वापरकर्त्याचा डेटा आमच्या गोपनीयता धोरणानुसार आणि डिजिटल वैयक्तिक डेटा संरक्षण कायदा, २०२३ (DPDP कायदा) यासह लागू भारतीय डेटा संरक्षण कायद्यांनुसार हाताळला जातो. काही माहिती प्रोफाइल दृश्यमानता सेटिंग्ज आणि वापरकर्त्यांमधील परस्पर रुचीच्या स्थितीनुसार दृश्यमान असू शकते.
11. Account Deletion & Your Data Rights
You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data (profile information, uploaded photos, and biodata) at any time via our Account Deletion page. Requests are processed within 7 days. Under the DPDP Act, you also have the right to access, correct, and withdraw consent for the processing of your personal data — contact us at support@marathivivah.co.in to exercise these rights.
११. खाते हटवणे आणि तुमचे डेटा अधिकार
तुम्ही तुमचे खाते आणि संबंधित वैयक्तिक डेटा (प्रोफाइल माहिती, अपलोड केलेले फोटो आणि बायोडाटा) कधीही आमच्या खाते हटवणे पानाद्वारे हटवण्याची विनंती करू शकता. विनंत्या ७ दिवसांत प्रक्रिया केल्या जातात. 12. Legal Compliance (IT Act & Intermediary Rules)
- MarathiVivah operates as an intermediary under the Information Technology Act, 2000.
- We comply with the IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.
- Unlawful content may be removed upon notice or legal order.
- Grievance Officer: [Grievance Officer Name], reachable at support@marathivivah.co.in. Complaints will be acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 15 days, as required under the IT Rules, 2021.
१२. कायदेशीर अनुपालन (IT कायदा आणि मध्यस्थ नियम)
- MarathiVivah माहिती तंत्रज्ञान कायदा, २००० अंतर्गत मध्यस्थ म्हणून कार्य करते.
- आम्ही IT (मध्यस्थ मार्गदर्शक तत्त्वे आणि डिजिटल मीडिया आचार संहिता) नियम, २०२१ चे पालन करतो.
- बेकायदेशीर मजकूर सूचनेवर किंवा कायदेशीर आदेशावर काढला जाऊ शकतो.
- तक्रार निवारण अधिकारी: [तक्रार निवारण अधिकाऱ्याचे नाव], संपर्क: support@marathivivah.co.in. IT नियम, २०२१ नुसार तक्रारींची दखल २४ तासांत घेतली जाईल आणि १५ दिवसांत निराकरण केले जाईल.
13. Termination
- You may stop using the Service or delete your account at any time (see Section 11).
- We may suspend or terminate your account, without prior notice, for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct that risks the safety of other users.
- Sections relating to liability, indemnification, and governing law survive termination of your account.
१३. सेवा समाप्ती
- तुम्ही कधीही सेवा वापरणे थांबवू शकता किंवा तुमचे खाते हटवू शकता (विभाग ११ पहा).

14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for user conduct, offline meetings, or outcomes resulting from platform use. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
१४. दायित्व मर्यादा
कायद्याने परवानगी दिलेल्या कमाल मर्यादेपर्यंत, वापरकर्त्याचे वर्तन, प्रत्यक्ष भेटी किंवा प्लॅटफॉर्म वापरातून उद्भवणाऱ्या परिणामांसाठी आम्ही जबाबदार नाही. सेवा “जशी आहे तशी” आणि “उपलब्ध असेल तशी” आधारावर दिली जाते, कोणत्याही प्रकारच्या हमीशिवाय, आणि आम्ही अखंडित किंवा त्रुटीरहित कार्याची हमी देत नाही.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold MarathiVivah, its owners, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
१५. नुकसानभरपाई
तुमच्या सेवेच्या वापरामुळे, या अटींच्या उल्लंघनामुळे किंवा तृतीय पक्षाच्या कोणत्याही अधिकारांच्या उल्लंघनामुळे उद्भवणाऱ्या कोणत्याही दावे, नुकसान, हानी किंवा खर्चापासून (कायदेशीर शुल्कांसह) MarathiVivah, त्याचे मालक, कर्मचारी आणि सहयोगी यांना निर्दोष ठेवण्यास तुम्ही सहमती देता.
16. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to server outages, internet or telecom failures, natural disasters, or government action.
१६. अपरिहार्य परिस्थिती
सर्व्हर बंद पडणे, इंटरनेट किंवा दूरसंचार बिघाड, नैसर्गिक आपत्ती किंवा सरकारी कारवाई यांसारख्या आमच्या वाजवी नियंत्रणाबाहेरील कारणांमुळे कामगिरीत होणाऱ्या कोणत्याही अपयश किंवा विलंबासाठी आम्ही जबाबदार राहणार नाही.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Service or applicable law. Material changes will be notified via the website or app. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
१७. अटींमधील बदल

18. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Kolhapur, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

19. Severability & Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MarathiVivah regarding the Service.

20. Free Marathi Biodata Maker (Website & ChatGPT App)
- The Free Marathi Biodata Maker is available free of charge, without account registration, both on our website and via our official ChatGPT app/connector.
- By using this tool, you confirm that the details you provide are accurate, and that you have the right to share any information you enter on behalf of someone else (e.g. creating a biodata for a family member).
- The phone number and other contact details submitted may be used for follow-up communication about MarathiVivah's services, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Use of the tool via ChatGPT is subject to OpenAI's own terms in addition to these Terms; MarathiVivah is not responsible for the availability or behavior of the ChatGPT platform itself.
- Misuse — including bulk or automated biodata requests — is prohibited (see Section 4).
२०. मोफत मराठी बायोडाटा मेकर (वेबसाइट आणि ChatGPT अॅप)
- मोफत मराठी बायोडाटा मेकर आमच्या वेबसाइटवर आणि आमच्या अधिकृत ChatGPT अॅप/कनेक्टरद्वारे, खाते नोंदणीशिवाय, मोफत उपलब्ध आहे.
- हे साधन वापरून, तुम्ही दिलेली माहिती अचूक असल्याची आणि (जर तुम्ही एखाद्या कुटुंबातील सदस्यासारख्या दुसऱ्या व्यक्तीसाठी बायोडाटा तयार करत असाल तर) ती माहिती शेअर करण्याचा तुम्हाला अधिकार असल्याची पुष्टी करता.
