Who can see my phone number?

Only members whose interest you accept, or who accept yours. It's never shown on public pages.

What if I don't reply to an interest?

It stays pending under Interest Received and we send you a reminder. Replying either way helps the other family.

Can I accept on WhatsApp without logging in?

Yes. The Accept and Decline buttons in our WhatsApp message work directly, as long as WhatsApp updates are on for your number.

I rejected an interest by mistake. Can I change it?

Not for that interest. You can send your own interest to that profile instead.

How to Accept or Decline an Interest

Open Interest Received from the menu and tap Accept or Reject. If WhatsApp updates are on, you can also tap Accept or Decline right in the WhatsApp message. After you accept, you can both see each other's phone numbers on the profile.

On the website

Log in and open Interest Received from the menu.
Tap a profile to read the full details before you decide.
Tap Accept to connect, or Reject to decline. Rejecting asks you to confirm.

On WhatsApp

When someone sends you an interest, the WhatsApp message shows their main details — age, height, education, work, income, hometown and current city — with Accept and Decline buttons. Tap one and it's done; after accepting, we reply with a link that opens their contact details.

After you accept

Both of you can see each other's phone numbers in the Contact Information section of the profile, and the profile shows Connected.
The other family gets a notification that you accepted.

If you decline

It can't be undone — you won't be able to accept that interest later.
They see that it was declined, but not why.
They can send a new interest after 7 days.
